The Influence Of Social Q&A Community Quality On Knowledge Contribution Users' Continuous Use Intention

The emergence and development of Internet information technology is constantly changing our life,and the formation and dissemination of knowledge process.Social Q&A community provides a platform for people to acquire and share knowledge and become increasingly popular ways for people with common interests and goals to share information and knowledge and interact.As the key factor for continuing operations,the behavior of social Q&A community users has already caused extensive concern of the site managers and scholars.However,most of the researches have not focused on the knowledge contributors' perspective to study the continuous use intention.In addition,the page layout,information quality and other parts of the social Q&A community constitute the community quality,and affects users' intention of continuous use by affecting their speed of obtaining information and their experience satisfaction.However,few studies have taken these factors into consideration and studied their intrinsic mechanism.Therefore,this article tries to focus on knowledge contributors in social Q&A community,and studying the influence of the quality of social Q&A community on the continuous use intention.Select main community quality as independent variables,the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment as intervening variables,and to explores the difference of community quality's influence on perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment of knowledge contributors and reveals the internal mechanism of community quality's influence.Firstly,this paper reviews and sorts out the literatures related to the social Q&A community and the continuous use intention,and puts forward the research hypothesis and research model on this basis.We adopt the explanatory sequence in the mixed research method to design the empirical research process.Quantitative data were obtained by questionnaire survey,and then qualitative data were obtained by designing interview outline according to the quantitative analysis results,which were used to verify and explain the quantitative analysis results.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In the social Q&A community,perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness have a positive impact on knowledge contributors' intention of continuous use.The information quality,perceived scale and social interaction quality can positively affect the intention of continuous use of users more through mediation of the perceived usefulness.The system quality has no effect on users' perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment,but directly affects users'intention of continuous use.(2)Identify two new boundary conditions--user contribution type and user quality.These two boundary conditions were not included in our study,but may have an impact on the user's intent to continue using by interacting with other influencing factors.The innovation of this study firstly lies in providing a relatively comprehensive research overview of the study on knowledge contributors' intention to continue using social Q&A community from the community perspective.Secondly,we deeply explore the internal mechanism of different community quality on the continuous use intention of social Q&A community knowledge contributors by introducing the mediating effect of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment.
