Under the background that innovative talents drive innovative development, users have become an important source of innovative knowledge, and the innovative value of user groups is attracting unprecedented attention. The rapid development of information technology provides objective conditions for large-scale exploration and utilization of user innovation value, and innovation community becomes the main carrier for enterprises to guide user to involve in innovation. At present,as the dividend period of innovation community development draws to an end, continuous knowledge sharing becomes increasingly prominent. Some users choose to terminate knowledge sharing because they cannot obtain satisfactory innovation experience.By combing the existing research results,it can be found that user innovation research still focuses on initial knowledge sharing, lack of discussion on continuous knowledge sharing, and researchers have different opinions on how to guide users to involve in innovation.Although the user's willingness to use in information system research has been paid attention to,there is still little discussion about the continuous knowledge sharing of users in the context of innovative communities. Therefore, through scientific research to explore how to create a good innovation experience, how to protect users' continuous knowledge sharing, enrich the user innovation research theory system, and provide scientific methods and theoretical guidance for the establishment of a sound knowledge management system for innovative communities. This dissertation is aimed at the innovation community and closely focuses on the research theme of "the impact mechanism of user intervention degree on continuous knowledge sharing".It is based on the theory of expectation confirmation.Firstly, this dissertation uses grounded theory method to make an exploratory research on users'psychological attribution of continuous knowledge sharing, and establishes an initial model through open coding, spindle coding and selective coding. After that, the initial model was perfected from the stage of cognition formation and the stage of behavior judgment to finally form an overall conceptual model, and four research topics were put forward to form two sub-studies.Research 1 explores the influence of user intervention on expectation confirmation and the moderating effect of user's individual characteristic differences, and uses a large sample questionnaire survey method to verify the hypothesis.Research 2 explores the impact of expectation confirmation on continuous knowledge sharing and the moderating effect of innovative community incentive mechanism, and uses experimental design method to verify the hypothesis. The results show that:(1)there is an inverse U-shaped relationship between the degree of user intervention and expected confirmation. There is a theoretical optimal value for the degree of user intervention. When the degree of user intervention reaches the optimal value, the user expects the confirmation to be the best. When the user intervention degree is lower than the optimal value, there is a positive correlation between the user intervention degree and the expected confirmation. When the user intervention degree is higher than the optimal value, there is a negative correlation between the user intervention degree and the expected confirmation.(2)The effect of user intervention on expectation confirmation is regulated by self-promotion,which is shown as follows:the stronger the motivation of user self-promotion,the more obvious the increasing effect of user intervention on expectation confirmation, and the slower the decreasing effect.(3)The impact of user intervention on expectation confirmation is regulated by community identity. The specific performance is:the stronger the user community identity, the more significant the increasing effect of user intervention on expectation confirmation, and the slower the decreasing effect.(4)The positive path of expectation confirmation on continuous knowledge sharing is verified, that is,the positive cognition of user expectation confirmation will be internalized into user commitment, thus positively affecting the behavior judgment of user on continuous knowledge sharing.(5)The negative path of expected confirmation on the impact of continuous knowledge sharing is verified, that is,the negative cognition expected confirmation by users will be internalized into cognitive disorder, which will negatively affect users' behavior judgment on continuous knowledge sharing.(6)The impact of user commitment on continuous knowledge sharing is regulated by incentive forms, but the regulation effect of incentive amount is not significant. When users are satisfied with the innovation experience, users hope to maintain a long-term relationship with the innovation community due to the generation of user commitments. At this time, users are more inclined to choose equity incentives.(7)The influence of cognitive dissonance on continuous knowledge sharing is regulated by incentive amount, but the regulation effect of incentive form is not significant. When the user is in a negative psychological state, the user's internal motivation is at a low level. At this time, the user's willingness to continue knowledge sharing can be improved by increasing the incentive amount and applying external incentives.
