A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Reporting By Letters And Visits In K County Discipline Inspection And Supervision

The work of reporting letters and visits is not only the first procedure of supervision and execution of discipline,but also the "barometer" reflecting the social conditions and public opinions.Since the 18th and 19th National Congresses,the Fight Against Corruption has won the landslide victory,and the enthusiasm of citizens participating in supervision and anti corruption has never been higher.At the same time,the reform of the supervision system has broken through the ice and brought about a significant "expansion"in the scope and target of supervision.The work of reporting complaints and Complaints in Discipline Inspection and supervision is facing new changes and new challenges,while the grass-roots level is the most sensitive front line of work,therefore,this paper chooses k county in n province as the research object,and makes a deep research on the problems,causes and countermeasures of the grass-roots Discipline Inspection and supervision letters and visits work.First of all,study and comb the articles about letters and visits,discipline inspection and supervision letters and visits reporting,summarize the connotation of the two,and clarify the relationship and differences;second,introduce the overall situation of the letters and visits reporting work of Discipline Inspection and supervision in K county,from the acceptance of letters and visits,the mode of reporting,the level of the person being reported,and other aspects of a comprehensive explanation,by contrast before and after the reform of the supervision system,the scope of and the increase in the number of people reporting letters and visits for Discipline Inspection,it is found that there are quantity pressure,quality pressure,form pressure and personnel pressure in the work of reporting leters and visits of Discipline Inspection and supervision in K county,from the three main dimensions of petition activities,this paper analyzes in depth the causes of the problems;finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as optimizing the system construction,improving the working methods of petition departments,and improving the quality of citizens,in order to reduce the pressure of complaint reporting,promoting in-depth development in the fight against corruption and providing effective services.
