Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Letters And Visits In Discipline Inspection And Supervision Of A County

With the deepening of various reforms in China,the society develops continuously and the vitality of economic development is constantly released,but social contradictions and social conflicts also increase.In the face of the complex and changeable external environment and various uncertain and sudden factors under the new environment,the task of the discipline inspection,supervision and complaint reporting departments at all levels is becoming more and more arduous,especially for the rural complaint reporting departments whose system is not perfect,and the constantly changing social new situation also brings new challenges.Based on this,this paper takes a county where the author works as an example,analyzes the current situation of rural petition,analyzes the existing problems,explores the causes of the problems,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the rural petition work and getting out of the practical difficulties by combining personal views and opinions.The conclusions are as followsFirst of all,on the basis of sorting out the general situation,characteristics,measures taken and achievements of rural petition in a county,it is concluded that the existing problems mainly include: the "three turns" of functions become mere formality,the quality of rural petition handling is not high,it is difficult to deal with individual petition problems after investigation,the flow of grassroots letter handling personnel is large,and the ability of handling letters is insufficient.Secondly,it explores the causes of the problems in the rural petition of a county: the relevant laws and regulations of rural petition are not perfect,the propaganda and ideological understanding of rural petition education are not in place,the procedural and normative handling of rural petition is not strict,and the management system and mechanism of discipline inspection and supervision cadres are not perfect.Finally,from the improvement of the petition system,strengthening education and publicity,improving the petition environment,standardizing the petition procedures,enhancing the effectiveness of petition and strengthening the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadre team,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the rural petition work in a county.Through the investigation of the current situation of rural petition in a county,this paper explores the problems and deficiencies in rural petition work,and analyzes the causes.It puts forward the basic ideas for strengthening the rural petition work and solving the existing problems of rural petition,which is conducive to further playing the important role of petition work in the construction of socialist harmonious society.
