Research On The Role Of Farmers In Rural Rejuvenation

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the 2018 Central Document No.1 that the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization should take “adherence to the status of farmers as the main body” as the basic principle,and emphasized the need to effectively play the role of farmers as the main body.In the process of rural revitalization,the essence of the role of farmers as the mainstay is to uphold the main status of farmers in rural revitalization under the theoretical support of the people's subject thinking,and to exert farmers' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity in various fields of rural revitalization to achieve farmers' free and whole development.From the point of view of the relationship between rural revitalization and the role of farmers,first of all,rural revitalization must carry out the role of farmers as a whole,because giving full play to the role of farmers is the historical experience of rural revitalization,the reality of rural revitalization,and the essential embodiment of the general rural requirements.Secondly,they are mutually promoting forward development.On the one hand,the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas is conducive to enhancing the status of farmers as the main body in the new era,and indicates the path for farmers to play their role.On the other hand,giving full play to the role of farmers is conducive to promoting the overall upgrading of agriculture,promoting the overall progress of the countryside,and more conducive to the realization of the comprehensive development of farmers.Therefore,as the main body of rural revitalization,it is very important for farmers to play a good or bad role.This is the finishing touch for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the comprehensive development of farmers.Starting from the unique perspective of giving full play to the role of peasants as the main body,based on the theoretical source of Marxist writers and leaders of the Communist Party of China on the main body of the people as well as the Chinese traditional “people-oriented thinking”,I randomly selected several rural areas to carry out interviews and surveys.The main role played by farmers in rural revitalization has achieved some positive results,mainly includes: farmers' enthusiasm for production in characteristic industries has been improved,farmers' protection of the rural ecological environment has been significantly strengthened,and farmers' innovation in rural cultural inheritance has continued to increase.The scope of farmers' participation in villagers' self-government practice is relatively comprehensive.However,due to the inadequate and inadequate objective mechanisms and systems,and the lack of subjective farmers' awareness and ability,farmers have inadequate industrial production experience in rural revitalization,lack of modern ecological awareness,deviation from cultural value orientation,and lack of initiative to participate in autonomy,The degree of organization needs to be improved.These problems have become the bottleneck for farmers to play the main role,and have also restricted farmers' overall development.Therefore,as the main body of rural revitalization,farmers themselves need to strengthen their subjective consciousness and improve their capabilities,and actively play the role of the main body around the “five major revitalizations” of rural areas,consciously becoming the endogenous driving force for rural revitalization,and achieving their overall development,thereby promoting rural revitalization.
