Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Main Role In The Rural Revitalization Of Cangxi County,Sichuan Province

The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure taken by the party and the country to meet people's demand for a better life.Rural vitalization is also an important part of academic research.Rural people are the bearers and beneficiaries of rural revitalization,and the judges of rural revitalization effect.There is no doubt that it is hard to revitalize the rural without rural people's enthusiasm.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that we must continue to promote rural reform and institutional innovation,give full play to the principal role of hundreds of millions of rural people and encourage them to innovate,and constantly unleash and develop the productive forces in rural areas,so as to stimulate the vitality of rural development.The no.1document of the central committee explicitly takes the upholding the principal position of rural people as the basic principle for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.It is the fundamental requirement of rural revitalization,the starting point and the foothold of rural revitalization of all work,and is determined by the people-centered political stance.In recent years,rural people's ability of making a living in nearby areas has been improved in Cangxi county through the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The cohesion of the village collectivities has been strengthened.People are more willing to participate in rural development,identify with rural governance mechanism,and actively participate in rural revitalization,which undoubtedly has certain reference value for further promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy of our province in the new era,and provides references for breaking through the bottleneck of the improvement of the main role playing of farmers in counties.The study focuses on the main role of the villagers' political participation in three villages in Cangxi county by questionnaire survey and typical case analysis.It aims to know the situation and dilemmas of the exertion of rural people's main role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and then propose countermeasures.The first chapter of this study mainly introduces the research background,research significance,literature review,related concepts,research contents and ideas,research methods and related theories.The second chapter mainly expounds the subjectivityproblem in the rural revitalization.The third chapter talks about the design and implementation of the investigation plan.The lacking of rural people's main role playing in the rural revitalization in Cangxi county and analysis of it are included in the fourth chapter.In the fifth chapter,the author expounds in detail about the ways of improving the main role playing of farmers in the rural revitalization of Cangxi county from three point of views,that is,government,rural people and village community.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which mainly focuses on the research conclusions and prospects.Finally,through the research,we find that in the process of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the main role of farmers in Cangxi County is missing in the rural revitalization,which is embodied in the lack of farmers' right to know,initiative and autonomy.From the perspective of government,farmers and village community,the author believes that the supply side structure reform at the level of rural system needs to be strengthened,and puts forward the path to enhance the role of farmers as the main body.
