The Design And Application Of "Implement+Benefit" Community Governance Project

Since the 18 th National Congress,residents' autonomy has become a new governing concept,while neighborhood deliberation is a concrete practice of residents' autonomy.The "discussion + benefit" community governance project is a beneficial attempt to innovate the community governance mode,and also an active exploration of the diversification of the participants in community governance.This project aims to serve the residents of the s community in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province.According to the existing difficulties in the coordination of residents' interests,the absence of service functions,and the inadequate management of the neighborhood committee in the s community,with the goal of raising the self-government consciousness and self-government level of the community,we build a community of co-governance and sharing through the neighborhood council platform.In the preparatory phase of the project,through Literature Review,questionnaire survey,field survey and other methods to understand and analyze the status quo and needs of s community autonomy,and demand-oriented,with the goal of building a shared governance community;To Establish Neighborhood Councils,formulate neighborhood rules of procedure and foster community residents' self-governing organizations to participate in community affairs;to tap the potential of community residents and integrate effective community resources in the mid-term of the project,at the later stage of the project,the evaluation and summary of the effectiveness of the s community "proposal + benefit" community governance project were made,and the feasible suggestions and suggestions were put forward.
