China's economic development data in recent years can be found that the proportion of Domestic Non-public Ownership of production enterprises has been increasing year by year.We have reason to think that,while improving the efficiency of production and operation in the non-public enterprises,in order to make it more cohesive,we should improve the structure of the party organization management in the process of its development.In order to carry out a more in-depth analysis of the related issues,this paper selects a specific non public type of production enterprise in Y Township,Taihe District.Jinzhou,China as the main research object,excavates its present internal party organization construction,and makes pertinent and practical exercises aiming at some potential problems.Decision making for the development of meaning.On the basis of the nineteen new party constitution revised by the party,this paper uses empirical analysis,literature research and comparative analysis to study the existing problems in the party building of non public enterprises in the Y township of Taihe District.Jinzhou.such as the party organization can not give full play to its organization and lead role,and the party organizations within the enterprise organize activities to carry out activities.The efficiency is low and the quality is poor.The management staff in some enterprises have not given enough attention to the party's organization construction work,and even the internal management start of some Party organizations pay attention to the "face Engineering" for some work.This study focuses on a part of the analysis,focusing on the factors that produce the above phenomena,and combing the relevant problems with the case,and getting practical significance for the development decision.and mainly aiming at the construction of the party organization and the construction of the management mechanism withini such enterprises,and excavate the possible developing parties.Type.The main significance of the paper is to help analyze the work of Party building in non-public enterprises,improve the management mechanism and framework.and make it more mature.In addition,the main significance lies in providing some suggestions and references for the development of Party organizations in other non-public enterprises.
