Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Party Building Work In Kenli District, Dongying City

Party building is an important way to ensure that each grass-roots party organization works well and promotes the overall construction of the unit.In recent years,with the fast social development and the deep execution of market economy,great achievements have been made in the construction of the party in Kenli district in the party organization system,the basic system of the party,the party member troop construction and organization activities.However,at the same time,many new problems which lead to difficulties in the work that have to be done by our party in the new era have emerged.This thesis uses the method of literature research and theoretical analysis to deeply analyze the current situation of grass-roots party construction in Kenli district.We found that the primary party organization system is constantly improved,but the primary Party organization ability is relatively weakened;The basic system is constantly improving,but some aspects are not comprehensive enough;The ranks of party members have been constantly improved,but the construction is not enough;Organizational activities have been enriched,but not flexible enough.The main reasons are shown in the following aspects.The ideological understanding is not in place,the party organization construction lacks the effective support;The system and mechanism are not perfect,the basic system of Party organization lacks systematic organization and management,and the driving force of party member troop construction is not enough.Infrastructure is weak and organizational activities are insecure.To address these questions,this thesis which is problem oriented and based on the principle of seeking truth fromfacts,puts forward some useful ways such as strengthening ideological work,basic system,the ranks of Party members and consolidating the infrastructure of organizational activities and so on.In this way,the leading ability of party building to support social progress,economic development and cultural prosperity in Kenli district is enhanced,this can promote the overall high-quality development of Kenli district.
