Research On The Organization Construction Of The Party In Non-public Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in China’s economic structure,and the non-public sector of the economic system is growing.The activity and development of non-public economy has a positive impact on employment,tax,people’s livelihood and other aspects.The organizational construction of the party in non-public enterprises is an important part of the party’s construction after the reform and opening up,which promotes the party’s construction in China to enter a new stage.At present,one of the realistic problems faced by the Communist Party is how to carry out the party building of non-public enterprises,actively promote the steady development of the non-public economic system,and ensure that the non-public economy becomes an important part of the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics.At the time of the 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party constitution included the specific development tasks of the party under the non-public economic system.The opinions on strengthening and improving the Party Construction in non-public enterprises(Trial)(issued by the general office of the CPC Central Committee)issued in 2012 effectively promoted the development of Party Construction in the new era at the policy level.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the party building work in non-public enterprises should also meet the needs of the development of Party building in the new era.One of the core strategies of Party building in China is to promote party building in non-public enterprises.In other words,the Party Construction in non-public enterprises is an important guarantee for the party construction.From the current situation of the party’s organization construction in non-public enterprises,there are still some deficiencies,which need in-depth study and analysis to provide theoretical guidance for the party’s organization construction in non-public enterprises.Through reading a lot of relevant literature and research results,this paper first defines the relevant concepts of the party’s organization construction in non-public enterprises,and carefully combs the theory of the party’s organization construction of Marx and Engels and the theory of the party’s organization construction in non-public enterprises of the Communist Party of China,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity of the party’s organization construction in non-public enterprises and the achievements in this field in our country.It mainly includes the gradual increase of the party’s organization coverage in non-public enterprises,the continuous improvement of the party construction mechanism in non-public enterprises,and the improvement and innovation of the party construction carrier in non-public enterprises.At the same time,we should also see the main problems and causes.The main problems are that the principle of democratic centralism is not implemented in place,the construction of the party’s organizational system is not perfect,the construction of the party’s organizational management team is weak,and the organizational management of Party members lags behind.The causes include the lack of attention to the organization construction of the party,the serious lack of investment in the party construction of non-public enterprises,and the lack of resources from all sides.The integration of the party construction and the development of enterprises is not enough.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures from the following four aspects: first,strengthen the construction of democratic centralism;second,enhance the function and function of the party organization;third,strengthen the construction of the party members;fourth,realize the integrated development of enterprise management and party organization construction.
