Abstract/Summary:
Since the implementation of the family planning policy,a special group has emerged,that is,a special family of family planning.This special group mainly includes families with the death of only-child and families with the disability of only-child.In real life,this special group will encounter various difficulties.If these problems are not solved for a long time,it will lead to a series of family and social problems.This group needs the support of government policies,the assistance of social professional organizations and the concern of people from all walks of life.At present,the support for this group is mainly based on economic support.In recent years,the government has gradually introduced social forces to help disabled families with only child through all-round social forces and from multiple angles.China’s assistance to disabled families with only child has been carried out,but this special group is still facing many problems such as imperfect assistance policies,economy,pension,spirit and emotion.Taking Xi ’an as an example,through the actual investigation,in-depth understanding of the current situation of disabled families with one child in Xi ’an,analysis of the problems existing in the social assistance of disabled families with one child and the causes of the problems,and on this basis,targeted measures to help.Through investigation and understanding,Xi ’an single child disabled families from the government to introduce assistance policies,strengthen inter-departmental cooperation,encourage the participation of social forces,improve the single child disabled families pension security and improve the way of spiritual comfort and other aspects of assistance measures for the single child disabled families.
