Study On Management Of Electric Bicycles In Suzhou

As a convenient,economical and accessible means of transportation,electric bicycles play an important role in the whole transportation system of our country.However,with the increasing number of electric bicycles,the supervision of relevant functional departments were not in place,and the electric bicycles have caused more and more problems in traffic safety,fire safety,environmental pollution,city images and other aspects.Suzhou is our country's economy big city,the city also has a lot of electric bicycles,according to the data statistics,by the end of 2018,the number of electric bicycles in Suzhou has reached Eight million,twice over the number of motor vehicles.The situation that Suzhou faced in management of electric bicycles have certain complexity and representative,study of its management has strong reference and guiding significance.Taking Suzhou's electric bicycle management as a research object,through consulting relevant materials and theoretical preparation,comprehensive in-depth analysis of Suzhou' s electric bicycles management status,then find out that Suzhou electric bicycle's big,fast growth have a certain negative impact on urban management from many aspects.At the same time,combining with the relevant technical standards and the new relevant supporting policies in Suzhou,This paper analyzed in three aspects,including its own standards,purpose orientation,and the size of the market development trend of the Suzhou's electric bicycle.And then,this paper points out that the current management situation of the production,circulation and use of electric bicycles,existing problems in five aspects.Including source supervision,process control,department linkage,problem accumulation and publicity education.In view of these problems,we have further analyzed the underlying reasons,which are mainly reflected in the shortcomings of laws and policies,implementation of responsibilities,supporting transportation,system platforms and infrastructure.On this basis,we adhere to the development orientation and problem orientation,and then throw out some scientific,reasonable and specific suggestions from five aspects.Including the optimization of policies and regulations,strict supervision and management,strengthen publicity and education,improve supporting construction and promote industrial upgrading.Last but not least,I hope this paper can assist relevant government departments to carry out targeted policies and implement them.
