The Dilemma Of China's Non-profit Organizations Participating In Social Assistance And Its Solution

Social relief is an important part of China's social security system and an important force to promote the harmonious development of society.It is necessary to develop non-profit organizations to participate in social assistance as an active supplement of government assistance and to fully mobilize social forces to further improve and perfect China's social assistance system.In this paper,through literature analysis,empirical research,questionnaire survey method,by using the theory of government failure and voluntary failure theory and the theory of optimal allocation of resources analysis of the present situation of our non-profit organizations to participate in social assistance,the China charity federation,for example,to illustrate the China charity federation to participate in social assistance projects and implementation,on the basis of summarizing the current our country non-profit organization in the process of participation in social assistance,by drawing on the successful management experience of the west,and combined with the specific national conditions in China,the author to the further development of Chinese non-profit organizations to participate in social assistance are proposed.In view of the predicament of the political and legal system environment limitation,the social foundation is weak,the mass foundation is limited and the credibility is lacking in the non-profit organization participating in the social relief,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions: first,optimize the legal environment for the non-profit organization participating in the social relief;Second,strengthen the social foundation,enhance the public awareness of donation;Third,enhance the credibility of non-profit organizations participating in social assistance.This paper,as a research which is both inheritable and pioneering,makes theoretical and practical thinking and analysis on the participation of non-profit organizations in social assistance,which is not only meaningful to further promote the development of China's non-profit organizations,but also a subject of new social assistance innovation.Fully tap of non-profit organizations development space,to explore how nonprofits are more positive and effective participation in social assistance,is not only beneficial to improve andperfect our country's social assistance system,improve the level of social assistance and operational efficiency,more conducive to maintaining the fundamental interests of the social vulnerable groups,and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
