| Since the reform and opening-up 40 years ago,due to the economic development and social progress,China’s social structure has undergone tremendous changes,and gradually produced a new social class this group.Although these new social strata are transformed from the traditional workers,peasants and the broad intellectual stratum,they are different in nature and have their own individuality and characteristics.The new and growing ranks of people from the social strata are playing an increasingly important role in social and economic life,how to do a good job of the united front work of the new social class personage has become the work difficulty that the United Front Department of Jilin Province all levels must face.The development of the new social stratum is of great significance to the economic and social development of our country,which promotes the transformation and upgrading of our country’s economy,the change of our country’s social structure and the transformation of our country’s social management mode.This article summarizes the domestic scholars’ research on the new social stratum and the foreign scholars’ research on the theory of the new social stratum from the research of the theory of the social stratum,the source of the new social stratum,the research of the concept,the research of the characteristic,the research of how to do the new social stratum personage’s united front work well.On the basis of summarizing the previous studies,this paper holds that the new social class personages are the product of the economic and social development after the reform and opening-up,it is divided into four different social groups: Managerial technicians in private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises,employees in intermediary organizations and social organizations,freelancers and new media employees.It has the characteristics of sociality,mobility and variability,the differences among groups and the essential characteristics of high education.As aresult of the policy change,this stratum’s development has experienced three important periods,this article mainly discusses is after the 18 th National Congress,the new social stratum personage situation.This paper focuses on the natural conditions and political arrangements of the new social class in Jilin Province,and discusses the regional characteristics of this class compared with other provinces and cities in the country: Small scale,small overall role,however,some individuals play an important role,the development of regions and occupations is unbalanced,the ranks of new social strata are growing,and the economic contribution rate is increasing.This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes of the United Front Work of the new social strata in Jilin Province,mainly,the united front work has not formed a resultant force,the construction of the ranks of the new social class personnel does not conform to the law of sustainable development,the channels for participating in and discussing state affairs are not free,and the main problems existing in the united front work of the new social class personnel in Jilin Province,including: the lack of organizational construction,the new social strata in Jilin Province on behalf of the impact of the table is not enough.In view of the problems existing in the united front work of the new social class personages in Jilin province,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems on the basis of its comprehensive analysis and the present situation of Jilin Province.To do a good job in the united front work of this stratum,we must insist on handling the relationship between consistency and diversity,handling the relationship between division and Cooperation,adhering to the working mentality of the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and playing the functions of the Party Committee and the government,improve the management system,improve the new social class personnel organization system,strengthen the ideological guidance,improve their political quality,promote the construction of representative personnel team specific measures. |
