Analysis Of The Problems And Countermeasures Of Reducing The Burden And Increasing The Efficiency Of Township In Pujiang County

In 2019,the general office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the notice on reducing the burden at the grassroots level for solving the prominent problems of formalism,and defined 2019 as the year of reducing the burden at the grassroots level,aiming to achieve grassroots efficiency through reducing the burden at the grassroots level,so that the grassroots will focus on better serving the people.Pujiang County,in combination with the local reality,actively carried out the work of reducing Township load and increasing efficiency in 2019,and achieved some results,but there are also some problems.Based on the actual situation of load reduction and efficiency increase in Pujiang County,this paper aims to understand the effect of load reduction and efficiency increase in Pujiang County,analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problems,so as to provide useful reference for the improvement of load reduction and efficiency increase in Pujiang County.Through questionnaire survey,interview,file reference and other methods,the studyinvestigated the burden reduction and efficiency increase of the towns in Pujiang County.This paper consists of seven parts:the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance,content and methods,etc.,and reviews the domestic and foreign literature on reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency of grass-roots.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical base,which discusses the concept and content of the township to burden reduction and increasing the efficiency,and then from the Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the theory of new public service the two perspectives provide theoretical basis for the research.The third chapter is the design of the investigation scheme of reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency in Pujiang County.In this chapter,after introducing the general situation of the research object,the design scheme of the questionnaire is emphasized,and the questionnaire is compiled,and discusses the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.At last,it introduces the methods of interview and file data collection.The fourth chapter is the investigation results and analysis.This chapter uses SPSS software to carry out descriptive statistics on the relevant results,and makes a general analysis of the results obtained.The fifth chapter,based on the results of descriptive statistics,this paper discusses the problems and reasons of reducing burden and increasing efficiency in Pujiang County.The sixth chapter is to improve the measures of reducing burden and increasing efficiency in Pujiang County.Based on the above analysis of the problems and reasons,combined with the actual situation of Pujiang County,this chapter puts forward measures to improve the burden reduction and efficiency of the towns in Pujiang County,in order to better promote the burden reduction and efficiency of the towns in Pujiang County.The seventh chapter is conclusion and prospect.The innovation is mainly reflected in the attempt to try to build a survey scale of township load reduction and efficiency,which makes a quantitative discussion on the work of reducing burden and increasing efficiency in Pujiang County,and on the basis of quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward a number of improvement suggestions combined with the actual situation of Pujiang County.
