Ideological And Political Education Of Affinity To The People:Basis,Embodiments And Implementations

Ideological and Political Education is a certain class,political parties and social groups follow the rules of the development of ideology and moral character formation with certain ideas,political views,ethics,its members have a purpose,planned and organized to influence,make them form the accord with certain social,need a certain class ideology and moral character of social practice.Judging by the conception,we know it has a distinct party spirit,which is widely recognized by the academic community.Therefore,Ideological and Political Education must emphasize the party spirit,if there is no clear understanding of the principle of adhering to the party spirit,there is no qualification to be an Ideological and Political educator.In 2013,Xi Jinping put forward the "Unified Theory" of party spirit and people’s character,which is of great significance to the innovation and development of Ideological and Political Education in the new era,indicating that Ideological and Political Education should pay attention to both party spirit and people’s character.The conclusion of the unity of party spirit and people’s character drawn by Xi Jinping with great foresight and comprehensive consideration of the international and domestic situation.How to understand the Ideological and Political Education of party spirit people’s character’s relations,what is the essential requirement of People Character in Ideological and Political Education,why it has the People Character and where it performs,how to realize it in Ideological and Political Education.These questions are especially concerned by researchers.This article will from four parts to study these problems about People Character in Ideological and Political Education.In the first part,by clarifying the connotation of the key word-People Character,and establishing the meaning of the People Character of Ideological and Political Education,distinguishing it’s meaning with Party Spirit and Human Nature.Finally,it analyzes the basis of the People character of Ideological and Political Education.This is not only the quality of the people character of Marxism,but also is the inevitable requirement of the law of Ideological and Political Education Process,what’s more it’s the summary of the historical experience of the communist party of China’s Ideological and Political Education,last but not least,it’s the realistic requirement of improving the Ideological and Political Education work in the new era.The second part focuses on the specific performances of People Character in Ideological and Political Education.Through the research,we found it mainly manifested in the following aspects:insisting on serving the people,respecting the principal position of the people,and insisting on the supremacy of the peoples’ interests.The third part focuses on the influence factors of the People Character of Ideological and Political Education.After analysis and reflection,the author thinks that the influential factors mainly include:misunderstanding,resulting in the misalignment of the unity of party spirit and people’s character in practice;The wrong view of achievements leads to the variation of People Character in Ideological and Political Education.The bad ideological style makes things difficult,which leads to the failure of the Ideological and Political Education of the people in practice;The system mechanism is not sound,resulting in the Ideological and Political Education of the people is not guaranteed.The fourth part,according to the influence factors of the People Character of Ideological and Political Education,the author discusse how to realize it.The author believes that if we want to realize the people character in Ideological and Political Education,we should follow these steps.Firstly,adhere to the Marxist guidance.Secondly,adhere to the unity of the party spirit and the people.Thirdly,adhere to the people-centered work orientation.Finally,adhere to and take a good mass line.
