Research On The Affinity Promotion Of College Counselors

College counselors shoulder the dual responsibilities of educating and managing students,and are indispensable roles in the daily work of colleges and universities.The affinity of college counselors is an important factor affecting the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and it is also an important indicator to measure whether colleges and universities can better play the role of casting souls and educating people.Improving the affinity of college counselors is of great significance for improving the work level of college counselors,enhancing the experience of college students’ ideological and political education,and also has a certain role in promoting the ideological and political education in the new era.The research of this paper mainly includes three parts.The first part is a basic overview of college counselors’ affinity,which is discussed from the definition of core concepts,the components of college counselors’ affinity,and the theoretical basis for improving college counselors’ affinity.The research object and research elements are clarified,which lays the foundation for the following research.The second part mainly analyzes and discusses the current situation of college counselors’ affinity by summarizing the survey data,specifically from three dimensions: counselors’ personality attraction,language content appeal and educational method influence,and summarizes the existing problems in different categories and the reasons.In the third part,based on the problems existing in the affinity of college counselors,combined with the relevant principles of Marxist theory and ideological and political education,the relevant countermeasures are analyzed and integrated.This part mainly discusses from four aspects: enhancing the personality appeal of counselors,improving the appeal of counselors’ language content,strengthening the influence of counseling education methods,and creating a good professional environment for counselors,and gives more systematic and rational countermeasures to achieve the goal of enhancing the effect of ideological and political education.
