Research On Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Pension Service

With the change of family intergenerational structure,the transformation of living style and the shrinking of family size,the number of elderly living alone is increasing.The elderly living alone,as a disadvantaged group in the elderly,are faced with many difficulties,such as economic income reduction and lack of daily life care.The traditional pension function is difficult to cope with the needs of the elderly.The pension problem of the elderly living alone has become a difficult problem in today's society.This paper takes the issue of community endowment as the research focus.Under the guidance of interactive analysis mode,community care mode and social support theory,using the three research methods of literature,questionnaire and unstructured interview,this paper focuses on the pension problem of the elderly living alone in the community,and through the way of social work intervening in the community pension,combined with the mode of mutual support for the aged.Using group work and community work to deeply tap the potential of elderly people living alone,so as to solve the elderly 's pension dilemma and meet the basic pension needs of elderly people living alone.At the same time,the deficiencies of social work involvement in mutual support pension were found through activities,and corresponding suggestions were put forward to provide experience for social work involvement in community pension.
