A Study On The Governance Of Village-to-Current Community Under The New Urbanization

With the continuous development of social economy,the process of urbanization is accelerating and deepening,and the transformation of village to residential community comes into being with the continuous development of urbanization.As the basic part of society,the effect of community governance directly affects the modern management level of the whole society and even the country.As the village-to-house community is transformed from a rural village,it is an important problem to realize the village-to-house community transformation and innovative governance.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the requirement of new urbanization,which requires the new industrialization as the motive force and the overall consideration as the principle to further promote the development of cities and towns to the goal of modernization and to carry on the direction of more livable Construction.Therefore,it puts forward higher construction and governance requirements for the villagecommunity.Based on the background of new urbanization,this paper adopts the combination of literature research method,interview method and questionnaire method,and takes Zibo F village to live in community as a case study,this paper analyzes the present development situation,existing problems and improvement measures of village to live in community.On the basis of the present situation of F village community governance and the investigation made by the author,it is found that F village community has low level of community public service facilities,low enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community governance,backward means of community governance and single way of community culture construction.The main body of community governance is single and the ability of governance is not strong,and the sense of belonging and trust of community residents is not strong.By drawing lessons from the successful experience of community governance model,using the theory of cooperative governance,civil society theory and limited government theory,the author puts forward the following suggestions to improve community governance: strengthen the supply of community public services,improve community residents' participation consciousness and enthusiasm,improve backward governance ideas and means,promote community cultural innovation and development,build diversified community governance subject,strengthen residents and community relations,and builda newneighborhood relationship.
