Research On Quality Of Grassroots Political Cadres Of Interior Armed Police Corps In New Period

As a vital component, quality training of skeleton political leaders in Armed Police is the core and foundation of the whole army's quality training. Skeleton political leaders grow up and work on the front, whose quality training is highly relevant to the innovation and developmentof political work, and to the implement efficiency of Armed Police. The quality training of skeleton political leaders is important to urge officers'enthusiasm, to lead them accomplish tasks in high quality, and to solve the practical problems effectively. It is an important problem we are facing when training leaders in Armed Police in the new period. This paper analyzes theoretically the conception and roles of skeleton political leaders's quality in Armed Police, studies on the standards of these qualities, discusses the disadvantages of current quality structure and its reasons, and suggests some solutions to solve these problems.Firstly, this paper looks back the meanings of research in both theory and practice, reviews current research, and presents its own methods and contents of research. Secondly, it discusses the meanings and roles of skeleton political leaders's quality. Thirdly, the paper designs a questionnaire, whose datum are classfied and processed then. Based on these datum, the paper analyzes the disadvantages and reasons. Finally, the paper presents the structure and its components of skeleton political leaders'quality, and studies on how to train these qualities.
