| The decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on several major issues concerning the promotion of rural reform and development points out that the construction of a rural grassroots cadre team with faith,dedication,ability and moral character is of great importance to rural work.The "two committees" at the grass-roots level,one is the party's grass-roots organization,the other is the autonomous organization born with the development of mass autonomy.As the leaders and organizers of grass-roots work,they should not only ensure the effective implementation of the party's and state's policies at the grass-roots level,but also ensure the smooth development of various autonomous activities under the state's macro leadership.It is a fundamental,overall and long-term strategic task to strengthen the team building of the grass-roots two committees.From the point of view of virtue,ability,diligence and low performance,some of the two party committees in district a of e city are now in a state of loose separation,lack of office,incompetence and other contradictions,which have affected the smooth progress of high-quality development in the new situation.Based on the five evaluation dimensions of cadres,i.e."virtue,ability,diligence,performance and honest ",this paper makes an on-the-spot investigation and data analysis of 1075 members of the two committees.By using the methods ofquestionnaire,Yearbook review,literature retrieval,interview survey and data analysis,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation,problems and influencing factors of"virtue,ability,diligence,performance and honest " of the team of the two committees at the base level in district a of e city,and puts forward some suggestions Countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the construction of the two committees.That is to say,we should strive for a breakthrough in how to be firm in faith,diligent and pragmatic,serve the people,dare to take responsibility,and be honest and clean. |
