At present,WeChat public platform has become an important carrier for Liaoning Youth League to carry out youth ideological guidance,online public opinion guidance and information release within the league,and has become an important means for Youth League organizations to contact the youth.However,many users of WeChat public platform does not represent information can be effectively communicated to the user,nor does it mean that users agree with information and be affected.This directly affects the effectiveness of the WeChat based public platform for young people's ideological guidance and online public opinion guidance.Based on this situation,the 14 cities in Liaoning province the WeChat public platform as the research object,carries on the analysis from June 4,2017 to August 26,2017,the interception of the above platform for 12 weeks,and through literature analysis,comparative analysis and investigation method,the data collected and analyzed,the results of the study show that WeChat has Liaoning public platform 14,the user base,but the cities of the user identity difference.Based on the survey of user identity,there are some problems in the 14 cities:"information push time is random,information is deleted,error phenomenon,platform features are not clear,multimedia use is insufficient,user feedback is not timely,content is single,homogeneous phenomenon exists" and so on.Through in-depth analysis,we find the causes of the problem,namely,"lack of leadership attention,weak management system,shortage of management personnel,limited professional level,user centered operation mode is not formed,and content production mechanism is not perfect".Finally,from the four aspects of improving the working mechanism,improving the quality of new media personnel,establishing the feedback mechanism of user research,and establishing the new media content production alliance,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the Youth League WeChat public platform user identity and improve the management.
