With the advancement of information technology and the wide application of We Chat,the public platform We Chat has been widely used as a self-media promotion channel by enterprises,media,government agencies and ordinary people since it was launched in 2012.As of the end of 2017,the We Chat users had exceeded 10 million,including more than 3.5 million active accounts.Following the blog and Weibo,it has become the king of the media.Simultaneously,the governments at all levels have ubiquitously carried out the work of “Internet + Government” services,and have opened the governmental We Chat account.Following the government website and government microblog,the governmental We Chat has become the core content of “Internet + Government Affairs”.In line with the development of the times and the requirements of work,trade union organizations at all levels have also opened and operated the We Chat public account.As of September 2018,the National Trade Union System has registered nearly 1,600 We Chat public accounts.In this context,Weihai City Federation of Trade Unions opened the We Chat public account entitled “Weihai Trade Union Online” in 2015,and established the “Network Information Center” in early 2018.The special person is dedicated to the operation of the We Chat public.This fheris takes "Weihai Trade Union Online" We Chat public account as the main research object,its operational status and operational results were accurately evaluated through quantitative analysis,and its core problems such as low number of users,low activity,poor communication effect and small influence were pointed out.In order to accurately evaluate its operational effects and influencing factors,the network analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,etc.were used.It is indicated that the production content is poorly attractive,the “circle powder” activity is too single,the service function and user experience is poor,and the user management is not in place.These are the significant reasons behind its poor performance.Then,through the online questionnaire survey,the “Weihai Union Online” We Chat public account users were accurately imaged,and analyzed,including the users' attention behavior preference,reading behavior preference,participation behavior preference,usage behavior preference and registration behavior preference.And detailed operational strategies and safeguard measures related with production,activity development,function construction,and user management have been built and the implementation effects of the strategy were accurately assessed.Although the governmental We Chat has developed rapidly and hugely,many of them are not run well and result in poor performance,and even become "zombie accounts".The problems of the small number of users,low attention,poor communication effect,lack of professional talents and financial guarantees are also confronted with the We Chat account of “Weihai Trade Union Online”.That is very common in the governmental We Chat account.A lot of efforts has been made to explore the production contents,activities.Therefore,the research and analysis of the We Chat account of Weihai Trade Union Online is closely linked with the operation and development of the public account.Moreover,it also has strong operation ability.Simultaneously,it is full of universal meanings to guide the operation of the We Chat accounts of the trade union and government systems.
