Research On The Construction Of Suzhou Public Security "Wisdom Prison"

Public security supervision places are important places for detaining the objects of illegal crimes,guaranteeing the smooth progress of criminal proceedings and administrative law enforcement activities.With the rapid development of information construction of public security organs,especially the implementation of big data strategy and smart police construction,it is required that public security supervision institutions transform to "smart".This paper takes the construction practice of "wisdom prison" of some public security supervision institutions in Suzhou as the research object,and uses the public management theory,literature research and empirical analysis methods to study how to strengthen the construction of "wisdom prison" of public security.This paper firstly summarizes the development of the construction strategy of"wisdom prison" of public security,and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the construction of "wisdom prison".Then,it investigates the current situation of suzhou Public security "wisdom prison" construction,and mainly introduces the four contents of suzhou Public Security "wisdom prison" construction.To build a smart management system aiming at standardizing law enforcement management;To create a smart service system oriented by crime fighting service litigation;To build a wisdom guidance system that pursues scientific decision-making.And further analysis of the suzhou public security prisons "wisdom" in the construction of existing problems and its reason,think suzhou public security prisons "wisdom" exist in the construction of police team weak data literacy,prison mobile police cannot be achieved,parts of remote project is short and a lot of prison management data in idle sleep problems,its reason mainly lies in the disconnection between ideas and technology,special,prisons and prison internal controls required unicom docking unit outside there are barriers,wisdom,prison platform is still in the initial operation,etc.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the construction experience of other domestic cities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to further improve the construction level of suzhou's wisdom prison,including:integrating the people-oriented construction concept of smart supervision institute;Strengthen the operation and maintenance guarantee of software and hardware projects of smart supervision institute;Overcome the technical problems that restrict the construction of mobile police force in the prison;The overall layout of the supervision of the "data empowerment" and the implementation of intelligent supervision of the police process reengineering.
