Deep Analysis Of The Causes Of Official Corruption: Based On The Data Of Officials In Y Prison Of H Province

Corruption has always been the focus of social and public attention.The harm to the Party and the state is enormous.It is important to ensure lasting peace and stability in the country and society,promote sustained and stable economic development,and safeguard the fundamental interests of the broad masses.The problem of corruption must be resolutely combated and managed.Fighting against corruption is not only a long-term struggle,but also a long-term major research topic.It is not a socialist country,nor is it a unique problem facing China,but it is a major social problem facing the whole world.With the advent of a new era of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,the Party faces endless problems,increasing complexity and diversity,and increasingly demanding its ability to govern.It is also the key to gaining the trust of the people.If corruption is allowed to intensify,it will seriously affect the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the causes of official corruption in our country in depth,to seek solutions and strategies for governance,and to intensify the fight against corrupt elements.This paper takes the deep cause of official corruption as the research object and mainly uses literature research method,investigation method,statistical analysis method and so on.A survey was conducted to disaggregate data on 100 prison inmates in Y prison in H province,and an empirical study was carried out.It was concluded that:(1)The officials at all levels who fell after the 18 th National Congress have developed new characteristics in terms of corruption: corrupt officials are getting younger and younger.The academic qualifications of corrupt officials are getting higher and more sophisticated.Most of the crimes committed by civil servants involve bribery,and the family members of officials are involved in serious problems.(2)Nearly half of the job criminals have common characteristics such as greed,enjoyment,fluke,conformity,compensation,adventure,and concealment,lack of legal concepts,poor self-control,and distorted self-values.Through the analysis of the new characteristics and criminal psychology of official corruption,it is not difficult to find out the main reasons leading to corruption: depravity of ideas,driven by illegal interests,loopholes in the system,and poor supervision.In view of the above reasons,this article puts forward the measures of governance from the following aspects: strengthening the ideal belief education and legal knowledge of leading cadres,strengthening the management and construction of family style,constantly improving the power management and supervision mechanism,and improving the legal system such as inspection and inspection.There are two main innovations in this paper:(1)To obtain the data and information needed for research by means of questionnaire survey can guarantee the scientific nature and credibility of the research results to the greatest extent;(2)Through the targeted design of the questionnaire,the corruption psychology of the officers can be analyzed and the reasons for their corruption can be found more comprehensively and accurately.
