A Study On The Morality Of Rural Rule Of Law

The construction of rural rule of law is a new,theoretical and realistic topic.Scholars from the perspective of law,political science,sociology and other disciplines to explore and study this,has achieved a lot of results.In contrast,the relevant research results from the perspective of Marxist morality are slightly weak.How to mobilize the subjective role of rural people in the construction of rural areas ruled by law? In the process of rural rule of law construction,where is the best fit point between tradition and modern? From the point of view of moral background,can we solve the above problems and promote the deep development of rural rule of law?On the premise of defining the concept of morality and the rule of law in rural areas,and from the perspective of Marxist morality,we use the literature research method,comparative research method,interdisciplinary method,along the moral background,the moral background of the rule of law in rural areas,the plight of the moral background of the rule of law in rural areas,the moral background of rural areas in China,and how to develop the moral background of the rule of law in rural areas.Moral background mainly refers to the relatively constant moral consensus that the society spontaneously preserves in the daily life in the historical changes.Because the modern rule of law is established in the public domain,it can not be ruled without the public nature supported by the public nature,and this public nature aims at protecting and realizing the rights and interests of individuals.Because the rule of law comes into being in the market economy,the moral background of the rule of law,that is,by the rules of public and market economy,should not only have the view of equality,right,justice and profit,but also have the ability to participate in universal public affairs and political activities,voluntary spirit is social morality.The same is true of rural rule of law.Rural On the whole,the moral connotation is pan-moralism,emphasizing profit and neglecting justice,and disorderly human relations,which to some extent hinder the growth of the moral inside information needed by the rural rule of law,and then affect the actual construction effect of the rural rule of law.However,the rural moral background also contains elements conducive to the rule of law in the countryside,such as: the yearning for fairness and justice,the persistence of diligence and self-discipline,the practice of trust and mutual assistance.Therefore,on the basis of rural morality,we can develop the moral background needed for rural rule of law.By strengthening the rule of law government and its credibility construction to remove the feudal autocracy imprisonment;advocate healthy market economy morality to avoid the small farmers economy and market economy under the dual influence of the view of profit and justice;pay attention to cultivate rural social public space,organizational carrier to make farmers rational to the path of civic rationality,andthen draw on the moral foundation conducive to the rule of law in rural areas,abandon not.In order to strengthen the moral background of rural rule of law,the moral elements of rural rule of law are added and precipitated into the daily life of rural people.In general,the study on the moral background of rural rule of law can not only strengthen the discourse power of Marxist theory in the study of rural rule of law,but also enrich the research results of rural morality and rural rule of law.Moreover,it is beneficial to mobilize the subjective role of rural people in the construction of rural rule of law,so as to increase the consciousness of supervision of public power,make power "subject to" norms,and promote the rule of law to take root in rural society.
