Study On The Decision-making Problems About An Executive Meeting Of The Government In B City

The decision-making about an executive meeting of the government is the main form of daily decision-making of the government.So it helps to improve the level of decision-making of the government to study the decision-making problems about the executive meeting of the government,and it has important and far-reaching significance for promoting China's economic and social development.The paper combs and analyzes the decision-making problems about an executive meeting of government in B city,which is guided by the spirit of the eighteenth and nineteenth national congress of the party and the thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era of Xi Jin ping,based on public management and theory of decision-making,and taking the decision-making about the executive meeting of the government in B city as the research object.Moreover,it puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems of the executive meeting of government in B city by taking the decision-making of the executive meeting of the government in B city as a case.This paper summarizes some problems existing in the decision-making of the current executive meeting of the government in B city.There are four main problems such as unclear boundary of decision-making,inadequate internal communication and coordination in the early stage of decision-making,the scientificity of the decision-making and the satisfaction of the masses to be improved and incomplete restriction and supervision system of decision-making.The paper makes a research on the status of the decision-making about the executive meeting of the government in B city and it is combined with actual work experience.What's more,it adopts a few research methods including document analysis,case analysis and quantitative analysis.There are some main reasons for the problems summed up.First,decision-making of an executive meeting is short of decision rules.Second,the decision-making is lacking in extensive application of advanced science methods and technology.Third,it borrows insufficient "think tanks".Finally,the decision-making of the executive meeting of the government in B city is deficient in the whole process of supervision system.In order to improve the scientificity,democracy and legality of decision-making of the executive meeting in B city,this article proposes the establishment of scientific decision rules and operation mechanism of the executive meeting,strengthens the "think tank" of the executive meeting to participate in decision-making construction,establishes the E-government platform and full sharing system of decision-making information of the executive meeting of the municipal government and establishes a multi angle supervision system for whole process of decision-making on the basis of the analysis of the causes.
