A Study On The Government Supervision Of Training Institutions Outside Primary And Secondary Schools In Yan'an City

The birth of private education is conducive to the development of China's education,it is complementary to China's public education,is an important part of education.In the course of education,China's education and training institutions make up for the defective parts of school education,can teach according to their aptitude,meet more learning requirements,and promote the development of current formal school education to a certain extent.Among the current extracurricular training institutions,primary and secondary education and training institutions occupy half of the country and become the main force in the training industry.However,with the development of the industry,more and more people want to get more benefits from it,so that various problems in the education and training industry have begun to emerge,such as market chaos,disorderly competition,false advertising,etc.,We need to work together in many aspects from policy management,institutional self-examination,social supervision and so on.In this paper,Yan'an City,Shaanxi Province,primary and secondary school training institutions as the research object.From the perspective of government supervision,this paper studies how government departments do a good job in the supervision of after-school training institutions in primary and secondary schools under the current environment.Although there are differences in the content of training between middle school and primary school,there are many similarities in the supervision,so this paper will put the primary and secondary school training institutions together to study the government supervision,using literature research and research methods to investigate the current situation and development of Yan'an City,Shaanxi Province,primary and secondary school training institutions.Through the investigation,it is found that there are a series of problems in the government supervision of the training institutions outside the primary and secondary schools in Yan'an City,Shaanxi Province,such as the investigation was not thorough,lack of supervision in the teaching process,unclear responsibilities of the supervision departments and lack of scientific supervision methods.In view of the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,that is,to establish and perfect the system of laws and regulations,to improve the supervision system,to establish the dynamic evaluation mechanism of off campus training institutions,to strengthen the self-discipline of the industry,to enhance the capacity of the supervision team and to increase social supervision.
