With the development of economy and the progress of society,The functions of our government are being transformed,but there are some problems when they are transformed,as an important component of government departments,civil servants play an important role in solving problems,and their working status is also widely concerned by the public.Grassroots civil servants are the basic managers of various public affairs and the direct force for the government to carry out its work,If they are in a high-pressure working environment,lack of passion for work and negative response,which will not only harm their own development,but also affect the administrative efficiency of the government,and the quality of their work will directly affect the country's reform and stable development,the phenomenon of job burnout brings great challenges to the deployment and development of grassroots civil servants,therefore,it is of practical significance to study the job burnout of civil servants at the grassroots level.Understanding the current situation and finding corresponding solutions can promote the scientific development of grassroots public management and improve the efficiency of government administration.Through the analysis of relevant literature,this article concludes that job burnout is composed of three dimensions: emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,and low personal accomplishment,Based on theories of social competence and resource conservation,a questionnaire was issued for grassroots civil servants in S city,through investigation and research on 276 valid questionnaires recovered,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed using statistical software,Correlation analysis was performed among various dimensions,and the job burnout of grassroots civil servants and their effects on demographic variables were analyzed.The study found that burnout was common among grassroots civil servants in S City,They are affected by moderating variables such as gender,age,marriage,years of work,education,administrative level,and department.Finally,this paper analyzes the causes of job burnout of grassroots civil servants from three aspects: individual factors,organizational factors and social factors,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to alleviate job burnout of grassroots civil servants.
