Case Work In The Practice Exploration For Parent-child Relationship In Simulated Family

Through the evaluation of parent-child relationship of family a in T city Social Welfare Institute,it is found that there are many problems in parent-child relationship of family A.From the theoretical analysis,the use of social work case service is conducive to improving or solving some problems in family like parent-child relationship.Based on this,family A of the social welfare institution is selected as the object of case service,and the intervention practice is explored.Based on the theory of cognitive behavior,this paper uses case interview,action research and participatory observation to intervene the parent-child problem of family A.Take over the case and establish a professional relationship,understand the parent-child relationship of the case ownerobtain,trust and support through two meetings,and establish a professional relationship with the case owner.At the stage of needs assessment analysis and service plan making,through the analysis of the information related to the parent-child problem,we can get the needs of the case owner,and determine the service objectives and make the service plan based on the needs.In the implementation stage of the case plan,using the theory and skill of case work serve the family like,change the parenting style of the family parents,improve the children's anomie behavior,promote the good interaction between parents and children,and finally promote the improvement of the family's parent-child problems.In the phase of case closing and evaluation,in view of the basic realization of the goal of intervention,we will accept the case,and evaluate the service goal,the case owner and the workers.After the social work service is completed,the service process is timely reflected,and the following conclusions are drawn on the basis of summarizing and discussing the service effect: 1.Case work is more targeted in the process of intervening in the parent-child relationship of family,aiming at the complicated and difficult to reconcile parent-child conflict relationship.2.In the process of service,we should adhere to professional social work ethics and values.3.After the intervention,social workers should continue to follow up and pay close attention to the situation of the case owner.
