With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,a large number of labor force began to transfer to the city,and the number of floating population in China continued to grow.In this process,the trend of population flow has changed from individual decentralized flow to family collective flow,and the group of children moving with their parents began to appear.From the current research on the children who move with the family,the mental health,education and social adaptation of the children who move with the family are more concerned,while the research on parent-child relationship is relatively less.The relationship between parents and children is an important standard to measure the harmony of a family.The healthy growth of children with migration can not be separated from the role played by the relationship between parents and children.Bad parent-child relationship will not only affect the normal life between parents and children,but also affect their physical and mental growth,lead to various rebellious behaviors,and affect family harmony.Therefore,we need to pay more attention to the relationship between parents and children.In the X community project of W City,the author conducted a survey on the children who moved with them by means of questionnaire and unstructured interview.It was found that the relationship between parents and children of the children who moved with them had some problems,such as low frequency of parent-child communication,single communication content,less ways of parent-child interaction,frequent parent-child conflict,and tense relationship between parents and children of the children who moved with them.Based on the theory of social support,the author of this study uses the professional method of social work to intervene the case owners.By analyzing the personal system,family system,school system and community system,we can evaluate the causes of the tension between parents and children and the goal of intervention.Five stages of case service have been formulated and implemented,starting from the two main bodies of the case owner and the parents of the case owner,to guide and increase parent-child communication and mutual understanding,so as to effectively adjust the tension between the parents and children of the case owner.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on the intervention process of this case,and believes that social workers should pay attention to differences in intervention,and also recognize that case work is not an independentmethod,which needs to be combined with group work and community work to serve the service objects together.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problem of the relationship between parents and children in the family,school,social workers and social level.
