| With the development of science and technology,countries around the world have also brought about increasingly serious ecological problems while gaining economical development.The increasingly tight resources,the worsening pollution,and the gradual degradation of ecosystems have become more and more key factors restricting the development of human society.As the founder of China’s socialist cause,Mao Zedong,although the ecological problems were not the main problems facing social development at that time,in his thoughts on China’s social revolution and construction,the glory of ecological thoughts was reflected everywhere.Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts not only played a very important role in the social development at that time,but they still have reference value for today.Therefore,in the current tide of ecological civilization construction,revisiting Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts is of great significance to better promote China’s ecological civilization construction.Based on the analysis of the research status of Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of China’s ecological civilization construction,this paper studies Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts and contemporary enlightenment by using the methods of literature analysis,dialectical analysis,theory and practice,in order to provide useful guidance for China’s current ecological civilization construction.The relevant research conclusions are as follows.First,the realistic basis and theoretical source of Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts are studied.This article summarizes the theoretical origins of Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts as Marx,Engels’ s ecological thoughts,Lenin’s ecological thoughts,ecological thoughts in China’s excellent traditional culture,and modern western ecological thoughts.The realistic bases of Mao Zedong’s ecologicalthoughts are summarized as the practice of China’s socialist revolution and construction,the ecological problems facing the social development of countries around the world,and Mao Zedong’s personal factors.Secondly,it studies the contents and characteristics of Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts.This article summarizes the main contents of Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts into three aspects: ecological holistic thoughts,population and resource thoughts,and agricultural and forestry ecological thoughts.The characteristics of Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts are summarized into four aspects: integrity,people,practice,and dialectics.Mao Zedong’s ecological thoughts have an important historical position.They are not only an important part of Mao Zedong thought,but also the inheritance and development of Marxism Leninism and China’s excellent traditional culture.They not only play an important guiding role in China’s socialist revolution and construction,but also still have important value in the new era.Therefore,to carry out the construction of ecological civilization under the conditions of the new era,we must actively learn from and implement Mao Zedong ’s ecological thoughts,adhere to the principle of starting from reality,give full play to the main role of the people,carry forward the style of thrift and hard work,use the method of overall consideration,form a scientific and reasonable development pattern,and promote the smooth development of the construction of ecological civilization of socialism with Chinese characteristics and contribute Chinese wisdom and power to the world. |
