Research On Rural Women’s Participation In Rural Governance In The New Era

Rural revitalization,effective governance is the basis.As an important subject of rural society,rural women are an important force to promote the modernization of agricultural and rural areas.They are not only the beneficiaries,but also the promoters and builders of Rural Revitalization.The Party Central Committee and the all China Women’s Federation fully realized the important value of rural women in rural governance,put forward the "10000 women action" for rural revitalization,called on the majority of women to participate in rural governance,play the unique role of rural women in rural industrial development,ecological environment protection,construction of rural civilization,care for vulnerable groups,etc.,and contribute 10000 women to the development of rural society 。 Therefore,it is necessary to study the ways to promote rural women’s participation in rural governance,and to improve the breadth,depth and validity of rural women’s participation in rural governance.Based on this,this paper selects s village in Chengdu as the research base,and makes an in-depth study on the current situation of women’s participation in rural governance in s village.S village has always had the tradition of rural women’s participation in rural governance.In view of the fact that there are many left behind women in the village,both inside and outside the village,the village provides organizational guidance for women’s participation in rural governance by setting up a complete women’s Federation team;sets up a voluntary service team to provide multiple platforms for women’s participation in rural governance;carries out various cultural activities to provide support for women’s participation in rural governance Activity carrier.The integration of multiple effects fully mobilizes the initiative and enthusiasm of village women to participate in rural governance,and gives full play to women’s governance demonstration,production demonstration,literature and art demonstration,health demonstration and other functions.It is a typical demonstration village for rural women to participate in rural governance.However,there are some deficiencies in women’s participation in rural governance in s village,such as the imbalance of women’s participation,the marginalization of their posts in the two committees of the village,and the lack of political participation.The main reasons are the poor comprehensive quality of women,the shackles of traditional concepts and social prejudice,and the inadequate participation in political security mechanism.Finally,this paper combines the successful experience of women’s participation in rural governance in s village with the improvement measures of existing problems,and believes that to improve the effectiveness of women’s participation in rural governance,it is necessary to build advanced gender culture in the whole society,create a good public opinion atmosphere for women’s participation in rural governance,strengthen education and training for women,improve women’s comprehensive quality,and increase women’s income through various channels At the same time,we should improve the guarantee mechanism of rural women’s participation in rural governance to provide policy support for women’s participation in rural governance.
