A Study On The Dilemma And Solution Of Jishou Women’s Federation Participating In Rural Governance

Mass organizations were entrusted with the mission of participating in social governance.As an important social organization under the leadership of the CPC,women’s federations must gather the strength of all women,conscientiously perform the social governance responsibilities transferred from the governmentt,and assist them to effectively participate in social governance.along with the transformation of social structure and the rapid development of market economy,the non-governmental organizations in the social and public governance took on more and more big function,as important the All-China Women’s Federation of non-governmental organizations,how to provide better public services in social governance,do a good job in social communication,timely reflect demand,effectively resolve the contradiction,Has become our long-term thinking and exploration practice of the important subject..Based on the empirical investigation on the construction of civilized new village by women’s federation in Jishou City,this paper conducts research on the difficulties and solutions faced by women’s federation in participating in rural governance.First of all,through the sorting of relevant research literature,the organization and social governance of women’s federation related content is clarified,and the theoretical foundation of the paper is laid.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity of women’s federation participating in rural governance,and introduces the status quo of jishou Women’s Federation participating in rural governance from the aspects of multi-optimization of volunteer service work,strengthening the construction of sihui team,establishing love integral supermarket,carrying forward traditional culture and so on.Again,based on the jishou federation to participate in the actual situation of rural governance,combined with the survey results,summarizes the current jishou women’s organizations to participate in the plight of rural governance,including functional boundary is not clear,lack of consciousness of participation,service lags behind,the lack of long-term mechanism,etc.,and further analysis the cause of the problem,It includes unclear position of power and responsibility,lack of endogenous motivation,dislocation and poor working mechanism.Finally,in view of the realistic plight of jishou Women’s federation’s participation in rural governance,the solutions are proposed from four aspects: optimizing the pattern of women’s federation’s participation in rural governance,enhancing the awareness of women’s federation’s participation in rural governance,improving the ability of women’s federation’s participation in rural governance,and improving the mechanism of women’s federation’s participation in rural governance.
