With the deepening of China's 40 years of reform and opening-up,many people go abroad for work or study.As the implement of China's One Belt,One Road initiative,millions of Chinese work abroad,reaching a new high.Meanwhile,the conflicts of international politics and the global economic situation continues to worsen,nternational terrorism runs rampant day by day,traditional and Non-traditional security threats are on the rise,as said or narrated above,it may infringe upon the personal safety and property security of overseas workers.China has made some achievements in protecting the labors overseas workers.China has set up overseas consular protection agency,consular protection mechanism is gradually being improved,and introduced many consular protection.The evacuation activity shows the progress and effectiveness of China's consular work.The deepening of international police cooperation reflects China's attention to the protection of overseas workers.In addition,the public security organization?private security companies?Police liaison officer also played a huge role in the safety protection of overseas.There are still some problems in the protection of overseas workers:Legal institutions of overseas labor protection management are not sound,incomplete mechanism of consular protection of safe and preventive education and the ability to deal with occasional events.Therefore,for the sake of better protection for overseas workers,We should protecting the safety of overseas workers created by the joint force of national,society university and improve consumer-protection mechanism to improve the Protection of Chinese Labors workers should also pay attention to,make preparations for their own jobs,improve their awareness of safety,and combination of actual situation to hedge risk.
