2019 marks the 70 th anniversary of the founding of New China and the 60 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Guinea.After the founding of New China in 1949,the Guinea was one of the first African countries to establish diplomatic relations with China,and China was the first to establish a diplomatic partnership with a black African country.One of them.Over the past six decades,China and Guinea have achieved a long-term cooperative relationship based on mutual respect for sovereignty and win-win exchanges.This paper attempts to study the recent cooperative relationship between China and Guinea within the overall framework of China-Africa relations.The first President,Sékou Touré,deserves a great deal of credit in the history of Sino-Brazilian relations.It was through the joint efforts of a broad range of Asian,African and Latin American countries that a broad coalition of Third World countries was achieved and that the peoples of Africa and China were able to move forward.The Bandung Conference of April 1955 advocated the inclusion of African and The wider Third World,including China,worked in solidarity.Mao-era China provided what aid it could to Africa at the time,including vital infrastructure;Africa's contribution to the 1971.China's support and contribution to the restoration of China's permanent seat in the UN,with the votes of some 20 African countries playing a key role.This is an expression of gratitude by African countries for China's assistance to African countries.Guinea voted in favour of China's return to a permanent seat in the United Nations because it has benefited from a number of technical agreements from China.With donations and loans,China has also helped Guinea build several landmark buildings and enterprises.Until the 1980 s and 1990 s,China's economic and trade cooperation with Guinea was still small-scale,but both sides were diplomatic In 2019,China and Guinea celebrated the 60 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations,and Guinea and A twenty-year strategic agreement was reached with China providing $20 billion in funding for related projects.This is the first time since Guinea's independence that such a large-scale economic cooperation agreement has been concluded,and it demonstrates the optimistic outlook for Sino-Guinean relations.It also reflects China's responsibility as a great nation.This cooperation agreement will be an important guarantee for Guinea's socio-economic development.Guinea will become a source of bauxite resources for China,providing an impetus for China's continued development and promoting short-and long-term Sino-African cooperation.Economic development.China's investment in Guinea will focus on three priority sectors: agriculture,energy and transport infrastructure development.These developments will enable Guinea not only to meet its economic development challenges,but also to attain a relevant strategic position in the West African subregion..At the same time,Guinea should fully reflect on the lessons learned from similar agreements in Africa and elsewhere in the world,and prevent certain negative factors and circumstances that could hinder the realization of these financing schemes,with the ultimate goal of creating a win-win framework for China-Africa and China-Guinea relations.All in all,the prospects for development cooperation between China and Guinea are bright,and Guinea and China,while achieving win-win mutual benefit and common development,should also The exchange of understanding between the two peoples will be deepened.This is not only a framework for official cooperation,but also one of greater national cultural understanding and tolerance,thus truly creating a destiny for humankind.Community.
