The court information management system uses computer software technology to realize the network and dataization of court trial information,realize the openness and resource sharing of court information,and achieve the goal of fair,open and fair court.It is particularly important.In recent years,the grassroots courts have faced the double pressure of "more cases less people".In addition to strengthening the informationization of trial management,enhancing the professional ability of judicial personnel and giving full play to the enthusiasm of judicial assistants,optimizing the allocation of judicial resources in the division of cases and realizing the optimal matching between cases and judges have become the most practical and urgent issue for the courts.At the same time,as a non-mainstream Department of the court,the Judicial Police Department of the court has been lagging behind in the information construction.It is necessary to realize the informatization and transparency of the judicial police management through the realization of the online management of the judicial police.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the court,the court information management system is designed.Based on the J2 EE development framework,the court information management system with low maintenance cost,large storage,strong security and high stability is designed using B/S structure.The system has realized the information management of the court management,such as automatic split and bailiff management.Finally,after the design and implementation,the text also carried out a comprehensive test of the system's operating interface,the entire function module and performance,basically meeting the needs of court staff.
