Research On The Current Situation And Conception Of Military Camp Culture Construction

Culture is prospering and the country is strong.Without a high degree of cultural self-confidence,there will be no cultural prosperity and no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Barracks culture is a unique culture formed by armed groups under the leadership of the Communist Party of China that carry out special political tasks.It is a powerful spiritual support and source of strength for the development and expansion of the people's army and defeating the enemy.In today's world,the international pattern continues to accelerate,and competition in the military field is also becoming increasingly fierce.The wave of military reforms covering major countries in the world,such as the United States and Russia,has surged.Military construction of military camps is an important aspect of military reform.As China's socialist market economy continues to advance,although the long-established military cultural system has been continuously consolidated and improved,there is still a certain gap between the realization of national defense and the modernization of the military and the establishment of a world-class military.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress emphasized that building a people's army that can listen to the command of the party,win victory,and have a good style of work is a strategic support for achieving the “two hundred years” goal and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This statement clearly reveals the mission of the new era mission that the party and the people have given to the military.Therefore,in the new historical period,in the face of new requirements for national defense and army building,we must strengthen the cultural construction of the barracks in the new era,constantly increase the military's self-confidence in the barracks culture,and use the barracks cultural construction to guide the advancement of our military's modernization construction.The party's strong military goal under the new situation is a powerful force that will provide strong support for the realization of the Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This has important practical significance.This study takes the construction of barracks culture under the new historical conditions as the research object,uses the public management theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and other relevant knowledge,closely related to the background of the times,first clarifies the basic connotation,functions and characteristics of the barracks culture in the new period,expounds the duties and missions of the armed police force in the new period,and systematically summarizes them.The historical experience and fine tradition of our military barracks culture construction have absorbed and borrowed the good experience and practice of foreign military barracks culture.Then,on the basis of full investigation and analysis,in view of the current situation of military culture,we find the prominent problems and the main challenges that affect the construction of military culture.Finally,with the new period of military responsibility and mission as the traction,from the basic objectives,principles and ways of the construction of military camp culture to explore the mission-driven construction of military camp culture countermeasures and ideas,and demonstrate with examples.
