Research On Advanced Military Culture Construction Of Armed Police Force

Culture is the root of a nation, the soul of a country and the source of a military.Accelerating the modernization of national defense and the armed forces, it is made clear thatwe should increase efforts to run the armed forces with advanced military culture and inaccordance with the law at the report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the CommunistParty of China, which points out the direction for the construction of the army. As can be seenfrom the opinion that military culture comes from the military practice gradually. Militaryculture makes the basic element of strengthening the armed forces, which are the consciousness,spirit and soul of contemporary revolutionary service personnel. Advanced military culture is animportant part of socialist advanced culture. It is demonstrated that advanced military culture isthe strong spiritual support of expanding the development of people’s army and the powersourceofdefeatingtheenemy.President Xi explicitly put forward the Party’s goal of strengthening the armed forces underthe new conditions in mind, namely which follows the guideline of the Party’s absoluteleadership, raising military combat effectiveness and educating them in the system of theories ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics. Under the condition of long peaceful environment therehas been a focus on expanding and intensifying military preparedness and attention is beingpaid to enhance the capability to accomplish a wide range of military tasks, the most importantof which is to win local war in an information age. As can be seen from the viewpoint how toface the complex social environment and how to keep the glorious tradition of the people’s armybring about new subjects in achieving the goal of strengthening the military. The emphasis ofthis study lies in developing the advanced military culture, which is closely related to thedeliberations described in strengthening the armed forces under the new conditions. The armedpolice force is a component of the state’s armed forces under the control of the Party’s absoluteleadership with the responsible for maintaining national security and social stability andguaranteeing the people live and work in peace. It is the important content of the ideological andpolitical construction in term of advanced military culture in the armed police force. In the light of point it reflects the nature, the purpose and character of the police forces. It is of great significance to further strengthen the advanced military so as to continue to raise their deterrence and combat capabilities in the information age and speed up the building of a modern armed police force culture.This paper is concerned with the analysis of the content, method, function and present situation of advanced military culture in the armed police force following the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thinking on enhancing our military capabilities in the new historical period. The primary objective of our work is to define the reasons for facing the new situation, tasks and problems of the advanced military culture construction. The work presented in advanced military culture focuses on five aspects of the following:1) the alienation of value orientation;2) the weakening of fighting spirit shown by commanders and troops;3) the passivation of cultural innovation in armed police forces;4) the solidification of cultural activities;5) the obstinate illness of surfing the network. Closely combining with the traditional characteristics and tasks for the police force recommendations are made regarding running the armed forces with strict discipline.
