Researches About The Organizational Power Of The Grass-root Party Organization

The party's grassroots organizations are the basis of all the party's work and combat effectiveness.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress clearly pointed out that to strengthen the building of grassroots organizations,we must focus on enhancing organizational power and highlight political functions.The assertion to improve the organizational power of grassroots party organizations provides a new idea and new direction for the great project of party building in the new era.The requirement to enhance the party's organizational strength is not only a Marxist party's due meaning to strengthen its own construction,but also an important experience obtained by our party in the process of strengthening its own construction,leading the people to launch a democratic revolution,promoting reform and opening up,and building socialism.This paper focuses on the organizational power of the grass-roots party organizations and consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction part that mainly elaborates the background and significance of the organization building of grassroots party organizations in the new era,and lists the current status of research of domestic related concepts of grassroots party organization organizational power,the problems faced by the organization building and the path selection for improving organizational power.Finally put forward the main research content and methods of this article;the second part is mainly to analyze and explain the organizational power of the grassroots party organizations and related concepts,including the organization and the party's grassroots organizations,organizational power and the party's organizational power,the organization of the party's grassroots organizations and the building of the party's grassroots organizations;the third part is to explore the practical process of the proletariat party's construction of the grassroots party organization.First,it explores the historical sources of the construction of grassroots party organizations by foreign Marxist classic writers.Then review the achievements of our party members in building grass-roots party organizations and improving their organizational strength in different periods,and draw lessons from past achievements in party building to pave the way for improving the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations in the new period;the fourth part mainly describes the problems of the current grassroots organizations existing in the process of building the organizational power of partyorganizations,and specifically discuss it in the four aspects of political leadership,self-innovation,organizational coverage,and cohesiveness of the grass-roots party organizations;the fifth Part is problem-oriented and to present suggest corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the process of organizational development.Starting from strengthening the construction of the grassroots party organizations in political function,party members,the organization system and the service capacity,we must strictly organize life,strengthen the education and management of party cadres,improve the organization work system,improve the organization system,and comprehensively improve the influence on the internal and external balance of the grass-roots party organizations,and enhance the organization of the grass-roots party organizations.The sixth part is the conclusion which mainly summarizes the full text,and reflects on the deficiencies of this paper,and then puts forward suggestions for future work.
