Research On The Necessity Of Life Penalty For Homecide In Russian Criminal Code

Criminal law is the most important tool of the country,and it is aimed at rejecting the mean character.The act of deliberately killing and depriving people of their most basic right to life is abandoned by human reason.This article conducts a multidimensional inspection of the reasons for the intentional punishment of punishment for murder: at the normative level,from the perspective of Beccaria's crime ladder,with the adaptation of crime,punishment and punishment as the support to explain the justification of homicide;at the legal level,from the moral From the perspective of legal responsibility,the legitimacy of punishment for homicide in "modern society and premodern society" is launched.This article examines the intentional homicide in Chinese and Russian criminal law,and clarifies the types of intentional homicide cases in Russia in 2019.At the same time,it draws on the relevant provisions and practices of intentional homicide in international criminal law,in order to respond to legal scholars questioning the true meaning and feasibility of the death penalty.
