Research On Strengthening The Construction Of Party Branches Of College Students In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the Party Central Committee has unswervingly promoted the strict and comprehensive governance of the Party.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to promote the extension of the strict governance of the Party to the grassroots level,and finally implement it in every branch and every party member to create a new party building work situation.The grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities adhere to the leadership of the party and give full play to their role as a battle bastion.The student party branch,as an integral part of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,is an important link to maintain close contact between the party and the majority of young students.Effective management and implementation of the party’s line,principles and policies to colleges and students.Strengthening research on the construction of college student party branches in the new era not only helps the student party members to establish correct values,but also has important significance for improving the quality of college party construction work.This article takes the new era as the research background,uses the literature research method,data analysis method,investigation research method and comparative research method,and uses the Marxist party ’s thoughts on the construction of grass-roots party organizations as the theoretical basis to integrate the college student party branches with other grass-roots party organizations.Make a comparison to find out the characteristics of the party branch construction of college students in the new era.By analyzing the current status of student party branch construction in colleges and universities,and summarizing the achievements made by student party branch construction,we must also soberly recognize that some college student party branches are in ideological understanding,organizational setting,organizational life,branch standardization construction and party affairs work teams,etc.Faced with severe challenges,and finally on the basis of combining the actual work of the student party branch,from the compaction of the party committee to implement the main responsibility of branch construction,perfect the college student party branch construction system,innovate the college student party branch activity method,strengthen the college party building team 5.Strengthen the organizational cohesion of college student party branches and put forward countermeasures in five aspects to provide suggestions for strengthening the construction of college student party branches in the new era.Figure 1,15 references...
