Study On The Political Construction Of Student Party Branch In The New Era

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed for the first time that “the party's political construction shall be put on the first place”,and at the same time,put forth the major judgement that “the party's fundamental construction lies in its political construction which determines the direction and effect of the party's construction”.The report also incorporated the party's political construction into its new “Five plus Two”construction layout to highlights the extreme importance of the party's political construction.Primary-level Party organizations in colleges and universities is the foundation for the party to carry out work in in colleges and universities,therefore,the College Students' Party Branch,as a critical part of the primary-level Party organizations in colleges and universities,is the "supply station" that provides fresh "blood" to the Party and the country.Thus,strengthening the political construction of the College Students' Party Branch is an inevitable requirement for maintaining the party's advanced nature and purity,and is conducive to the full implementation of the party's educational policy to cultivate the socialist builders and successors with an all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor.Based on this,by adopting various research methods such as literature research,investigation research,and Inductive analysis,this paper has clarified the basic concepts and theories of the primary-level Party organizations,the party's political construction,and the political construction of the College Students' Party Branch,and then expounded the significance of strengthening the political construction of primary-level Party organizations in colleges and universities in the new era by taking into account the characteristics of the times.In addition,it has analyzed the achievements obtained and problems faced by the political construction of the College Students' Party Branch in colleges and universities in the new era based on a large number of literature review,research investigation and statistics,based on which,corresponding measurements have been proposed to further strengthen the political construction from several aspects including adhering to political leadership,firming political beliefs,enhancing political capabilities,purifying political ecology,etc.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter gave a statement on the research background and significance and sorted the relevant literature in the academic circle to determine research ideas and methods.The second chapter is centered on basic concepts and theories,aiming at laying a solid foundation for subsequent research by clarifying the connotation and extension of the basic concepts and relevant theories.The third chapter,namely The Importance of the Political Construction of Primary-level Party Organizations in the New Era,mainly expounded the significance of the party's political construction from four aspect.And the Chapter V,Analysis of the Current Situation Faced by the Political Construction of theCollege Students' Party Branch in the New Era,analyzed the achievements obtained by as well as the existing problems in the political construction of the College Students' Party Branch,and further gave an analysis on the subjective and objective reasons behind the existing problems.In the final chapter,Thoughts on Strengthening the Political Construction of College Students' Party Branch in the New Era,ideas have been proposed from four aspects according to the existing problems.This paper is hoped to contribute to enrich the research on the party's political construction and provide a certain reference for the practice of the political construction of the College Students' Party Branch.
