Research On Coping Strategies Of Network Media For Leading Cadres

In the new period,the network media plays a pivotal role in promoting the modernization of governance capabilities."Internet + e-government service" marked the reform and innovation of government functions,to improve the level of administrative capacity of leading cadres and brought a new way,to promote the masses relationship provides a new channel,create a each other for human development of the network information age.Network media in China 20 years,not only enriched the content of people's life,also subtly shape people's values,the realization of the information transparency and sharing of promote the evolution of social democracy,improve the people's opinion,civil rights expression,to promote the government change the way of work and perfect.As the main body of government responsibility,leading cadres serve the people is a rigid purpose,but at present,there are still some leading cadres tired of dealing with the challenges brought by the network media,media literacy,bad style,role recognition errors and other prominent problems,damage the image of leading cadres,hit the government public trust monument.Therefore,how to deal with the network media scientifically,how to use the network media correctly to serve the people,how to maintain the credibility of the government and how to build a good image are the important contents of the modernization research on the current government governance ability.Based on the four typical cases of leading cadres dealing with network media,this paper analyzes with the literature and cases,and concludes that leading cadres have some problems in dealing with network media,such as insufficient ability,improper style of work,misplaced role and improper countermeasures.At the same time,the network media is flooded with false information,biased public opinion,The communicator's message is different and other problems;There are also some problems such as imperfectsupervision system of network public opinion and imperfect system of news spokesman.Therefore,as the administrative subject of government institutions,improving the response of leading cadres to network media should mainly start from themselves,improve media literacy,and train leading cadres to deal with network media EQ and IQ.Improve the knowledge structure,improve the knowledge level and ability to deal with network media;Strengthen the political consciousness,change the prejudice to the network media;Accurately positioning their role in complex situations,scientific grasp of the role;We should correctly handle online public opinions,rationally guide online public opinions,and act as government spokesmen scientifically.This article studies the typical case of leading cadres responding to online media as the main line,and analyzes the literature and cases.It believes that leading cadres have problems such as inadequate ability,misconduct,misplaced roles,and inappropriate measures when dealing with online media.At the same time,There are problems such as the spread of false information,the bias of public opinion,and the disparity of the information of the communicators.There are also problems with the inadequate supervision system of the Internet public opinion and the incomplete system of the press spokesman.Therefore,in order to overcome external factors and dare to take responsibility,to improve the leadership cadres' response to online media should also be based on their own,and constantly improve their media literacy.Emphasis should be placed on cultivating leadership cadres to respond to online media's EQ and IQ.And ability;strengthen political awareness,change the prejudice against online media;accurately position their own roles in a complex situation,scientifically grasp the role;correctly handle online public opinion,rationally guide online public opinion,and be a good government spokesperson.
