| Media literacy refers to a person’s ability to recognize,judge,interpret,evaluate,accept and use media information.Different media use environments require different media literacy.In the traditional media environment,information is mainly transmitted one-way through the way of " indoctrination",and the media literacy requirements of the Party’s grass-roots leading cadres are low.In the era of integrated media,the new characteristics of media communication appear,which puts forward new requirements for the media literacy of the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China.Primary-level Party cadres are the ultimate implementors of policies and guidelines,the actual controllers of primary-level social governance,and the representatives of political party images.The primary-level Party cadres’ good media literacy plays an important role in publicizing the Party’s policies and opinions,communicating social conditions and public opinions,and improving the ability of community governance,which is related to the improvement of the primary-level cadres’ ability of management innovation,crisis handling,and social governance.It is related to party image construction and so on.Based on this,this paper analyzes the reality of grassroots cadres’ media literacy from the perspective of the integrated media through a questionnaire survey,and finds out the shortcomings of the current grassroots cadres’ media literacy improvement from the perspective of the integrated media.Based on the clear plight of grassroots cadres’ media literacy improvement,effective promotion paths are proposed.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part of the paper is the introduction.It mainly discusses the reason of the topic and the significance of the research,reviews the existing research results at home and abroad,and summarizes the analysis;This paper introduces the main research methods and basic research ideas,and points out its innovation and research deficiencies.Grasp the whole context of this article.The second part of the thesis is mainly the related concepts of media and media literacy of grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China.This paper defines the concept characteristics of financial media,the connotation and extension of media literacy,and the core connotation of media literacy of grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China.Through this chapter,I have a systematic understanding of the media and the media literacy of the grassroots cadres of the Party.The third part of the paper mainly clarifies the internal relationship between the media and the media literacy of the grassroots cadres of the Party.This paper discusses the influence mechanism of the characteristics of the financial media on the media literacy of the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China,the realistic requirements of the new communication forms of the financial media on the media literacy of the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China,and the important value of the media literacy of the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China under the vision of the financial media.It points out that the comprehensiveness of the financial media urges the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China to stand in the public eye at all times to alert themselves;The intersectionality of financial media prompts the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China to understand the behavioral characteristics of groups on different platforms;The immediacy of the financial media requires the core viewpoints of the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China to be acutely aware of the problems and control the situation.The relationship between the financial media and the media literacy of the grassroots cadres of the Party is deeply explained.The fourth part of the paper mainly analyzes the actual situation of grassroots cadres’ media literacy under the visual threshold of financial media through questionnaire survey,case analysis and other research methods.Based on Li Jincheng’s media literacy measurement index,this chapter designs a questionnaire with reliability and validity for grassroots cadres’ media literacy level.The questionnaire mainly consists of three parts:the basic information of the survey object,the investigation on the cognition status of media literacy and financial media,and the investigation on the status of media literacy level under the visual threshold of financial media.The questionnaire is distributed to the grassroots cadres of a certain town,community,street,village committee and so on,and the relevant data is analyzed by SPSS.It is concluded that the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China have a vague cognition of the financial media,the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China have a weak awareness of media literacy,the need to improve the relevant education of media literacy improvement under the visual threshold of the financial media,and the lack of media literacy improvement mechanism of the grassroots cadres of the Communist Party of China.The fifth part of the thesis studies the promotion path of grassroots cadres’ media literacy from the perspective of financial media.On the basis of clarifying the plight of grassroots cadres’ media literacy improvement,the paper proposes targeted ways to improve grassroots cadres’ media literacy,such as strengthening grassroots cadres’cognition of the integrated media system,constructing a complete framework for promoting the integrated media media literacy,enhancing the external push of the integrated media media literacy mechanism,and giving play to various ways to forge convenient and efficient media literacy training forces.Form a truly effective promotion path,so as to really contribute to the capacity building of grassroots cadres. |
