Study On The Construction Of Clean Government In Singapore

How to maintain the political integrity of a country is the goal of national governance pursued by all mankind and a great project for national prosperity and people's happiness.In the new era,China has reached a new historical juncture.In order to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must make new progress and make new breakthroughs in building a clean government.As one of the most non-corrupt countries in the world,the construction of a clean government in Singapore has also experienced a long development process from scratch,which embodies the practice and exploration of singaporeans,and also embodies the intelligent theoretical creation of singaporeans.Through the introduction of Singapore's clean government construction,this paper intends to seek ways to learn from it.This paper takes the construction of clean government in Singapore as the main research object: the first chapter mainly introduces the basic meaning of clean government and corruption.This paper holds that corruption is the behavior of public officials who take advantage of their positions to seek personal gains and harm public interests.The construction of clean government is the behavior of the owners of public power to ensure the clean and efficient political ecology by formulating various systems.The basic theories of building a clean government include principal-agent theory rent-seeking theory and moral depravity theory.The second chapter mainly describes the basic framework of Singapore's clean government construction from four aspects: the perfect anti-corruption legal system,the authoritative anti-corruption institution,the sound network of clean government supervision and the extensive and in-depth construction of clean government culture.In the third part,the author first analyzes the construction of clean government in Singapore and explores its characteristics.On this basis,it summarizes the enlightenment of Singapore's clean government construction to China.
