Research On The Propagation Channel Of Clean Government Culture

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: “It is always a clear political stand that our party has consistently adhered to in oppose corruption,build a clean and honest politics,and maintain the party's physical health.” Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our party has made substantial progress in strengthening the building of a clean government.However,while we affirm the achievements of the party's work style and clean government,we should also clearly understand that: "The soil that breeds corruption exists.The situation of building a clean and honest government and fighting against corruption is still very complicated.Cultural anti-corruption can lead cadres in building a "do not want to rot" dam for party members from the ideological level,and strengthen the people's anti-corruption will and anti-corruption ability and then can have an great effect on purifying the social atmosphere fundamentally.As a key link in cultural anti-corruption,the culture of clean government culture spreads knowledge,beliefs and norms of clean government,positive ideological and moral concepts,and anti-corruption system and mechanism to the party members and cadres through specific media.To achieve the purpose of purifying the social atmosphere.As far as the culture of clean government propagation concerned,the media influences the spread of clean government culture information's depth and breadth,which determines the effect of the culture of clean government,therefore,selecting the spread media of honest government culture is very important.At present,with the rapid development of internet technology,social media such as Weibo and WeC hat are more popular.WeC hat public account has become an important platform for different level governments to disseminategovernment affairs information and serve the people as its wide audience,fast propagation,good privacy and strong interaction.In recent years,from the central to the local governments,the discipline inspection and supervision departments at all levels have also opened the Clean Government WeC hat public account as an important medium for strengthening the construction of a clean government and transmitting information on clean and honest government culture.The Integrity WeC hat public platform plays an important role in building a transparent government,strengthening communication and interaction between government and the public,strengthening the propaganda and education of clean government,and expanding the propagation styles of clean government culture.This research borrows the theoretical resources of political communication,and f ocuses on the aspects of integrity culture propagation status quo,problems and optim ization strategies in the Integrity WeC hat public accounts based on Lasswell's “5W” communication theory.Firstly,this paper firstly hackles the traditional communicatio n modes of honest government culture,and analyzes the limits of traditional commun ication modes,the promotion role of clean government WeC hat public accounts on s preading of clean government culture based on the definition of the concept of integr ity culture and clean government culture,clean government education and the integrit y of WeChat public account,and then demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of t he Integrity WeC hat public account as a communication channel of clean government c-ulture,and discusses the promotion role of clean government WeC hat public accou nt-son the spread of clean government culture.Secondly,it analyzes the current situat ion of the dissemination of clean government culture in China's WeChat Clean Gover nment Public Accounts from the three dimensions: communication content,communic ation channels and communication effects.Thirdly,through the analysis of the current status in WeC hat clean government account spreading the clean government culture,it summarizes the problems existing in the process of disseminating the culture of cl ean government in the provincial integrity WeChat public accounts,and expounds the causes of the problems.Fourthly,based on summarizing the previous contents,accor ding to the problems existing in the spread of clean government WeChat public accounts,it puts forward the propagation mechanism for improving the clean government WeChat public accounts in spreading the clean government culture,in order to provid e innovative ideas for the construction of the domestic clean government WeC hat pub lic accounts.
