Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Forest Resources Crime Prevention And Management

Forest is an important part of the terrestrial ecosystem of our planet,it contains very rich and rare animal and plant resources,at the same time,it also has the functions of water conservation,air purification,noise elimination and climate regulation.In recent years,the illegal and criminal cases of forest resources in China have been continuously occurring and showing an upward trend.The destruction of forest resources has caused serious harm to the society and the public,however,the cases of forest resources crime involve few preventive measures,and there are many loopholes in the prevention and management of forest resources crime,which are all the disadvantageous factors that hinder the protection of forest resources.The author has studied a large number of periodicals,relevant laws and regulations of the state,dissertations and other materials on forest resources crime and related management methods,and has synthesized the contents of management,criminology,psychology and other disciplines,using literature research method,comparative researchmethod,Case Analysis method,SPSS statistical analysis method and psychology questionnaire method,the Quantitative analysis problem was identified,study on the construction of Forest Resources Crime Prevention Management System from the perspective of Management Science.First,to understand the current situation of forest resources crime and the current situation of Forest Resources Crime Prevention and management;This paper systematically analyzes the general situation of forest resources crime and the present situation of forest resources crime prevention and management,and reveals the problems in the organization and management of Forest Resources Crime Prevention and management.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the present situation,problems and difficulties in the management of forest resources crime prevention from the aspects of the internal problems of the organization and the difficulties in the implementation of the management.Finally,under the guidance of the theory of crime prevention,combining the characteristics of forest resources crime,this paper analyzes the problems by using the theories of "subject prevention theory","Social ecology theory","new public service theory","people-oriented theory" and so on,from the angle of management,the countermeasures of the construction of the system of forest resources crime prevention and management,the Internal Organization of Forest Resources Crime Prevention and management,andthe external construction of forest resources crime prevention and management are constructed.
