With the rapid advancement of Internet information technology,e-commerce has become one of the main economic activities,playing an important role in the current supply-side structural reforms,tertiary industry promotion,and consumption stimulation.However,due to the characteristics of e-commerce network,digitization,cross-regional,once the credit problem of e-commerce will affect all aspects of social and economic development of people's livelihood.According to statistics,the number of online complaints,telephone complaints,email feedback,WeChat feedback and other complaint cases received in China for the whole year of 2018 has reached a growth rate of 38.36%compared to 2017?1?is an important factor currently affecting the healthy development of e-commerce.Therefore,it is necessary to think and explore the e-commerce credit issue from the perspective of government supervision.This study takes Quanzhou e-commerce credit government supervision as the research object,and further analyzes the current situation of Quanzhou e-commerce credit government supervision by means of interview,questionnaire survey and participation in relevant meetings.It is found that the government supervision of Quanzhou e-commerce credit is not in place,the information sharing between departments is not timely and the linkage mechanism between departments is not yet straightened out The main causes of these problems are unclear functional positioning,imperfect information sharing,and the local joint supervision mechanism has not been straightened out.Combined with the actual situation and future development trend of Quanzhou e-commerce,this study believes that the government has four countermeasures in e-commerce credit supervision:clarifying the authority and responsibility of the Department,strengthening the joint punishment,improving the information sharing platform,and improving the regulatory legal system.
