Research On Improving The Credibility Of Local Government Statistical Data

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,from different fields of society,the demand for data is increasing,and more and more attention is paid to the quality of the government's statistical data.The quality of the statistical data guarantee the credibility of the government statistics value,only if government statistics data is trusted by public,the value of the data could have the value of existence,macro decision according to statistical data made by the public could be recognized and enforced,but nowadays the community questioned the government statistical data quality continuously.The study of local government credibility problem of the quality of statistical data for this status has great significance,In terms of promoting and improving the quality of statistical data of local government credibility,and improving local government macro-control ability,ensuring the healthy development of economy and society,and promoting the construction of credit system.This article combines theory research and case analysis supported by the new public management theory,information asymmetry theory,stakeholder theory,comprehensive quality theory,public management theory,to introduce the local government through the implementation of network reporting,and to explore the vertical management below the provincial level,to establish the platform for sharing data statistics,and to carry out the reform of the statistical system,while exploring the establishment of the vertical management system of basic statistics,Strengthening the means of data publication and interpretation and promoting the present situation of building the credibility of statistical data This paper enumerates the problems of the credibility of the statistical data of local governments and analyzes the reasons for these problems.The innovation of this paper is based on the statistics of Qingdao municipal government as an example,and analyzed the statistical data production mode and statistical credibility construction and problems of Qingdao municipal government,drawing on the experience to enhance the credibility of the government statistics data abroad,more corresponding suggestions are proposed to enhance the credibility of the local government statistics data quality.
